Find out what we've been up to in our class

22/6/18

This week has been Science Week!

We have had a lot of fun working with Year 4 to invent and build vehicles to help Professor Brownstone from our old English book. We had to create prototype vehicles to safely transport a small, delicate jellyfish or a large, heavy object from Edinburgh to London. We encountered a lot of problems and difficulties along the way, but we used our problem solving skills to overcome them. We then had to present our vehicles and convince Professor Brownstone to choose our vehicles. The winning teams then had to present in front of the whole school to find out which group would be the whole school winner. Ruby and Bea from Anning came third overall with Violet in Attenborough and Olivia in B.Franklin.

Here is their model (without the baloon that should be attached to the back to power it) and two others from the class.
