Spellings:

We are practising our numbers to 10 in words and our common exception words which can be found in the middle of your reading diary.

 

English:

This week we have been looking at sentences and sentence structure. We have been trying to improve our sentences by ensuring that the have finger spaces, capital letters, full stops and that they make sense. We have also been trying to develop more interesting sentences.

 

Maths:

We have been looking at fact families e.g

5+2=7

2+5=7

7-2=5

7-5=2

We have also been looking at 3D shapes.

 

Other:

We have been writing down what the toys were at the museum (EMDP)

Today we performed our play to year 5 and reception (MB) and we killed it!!!!!!!! (DDG)

In Topic this week we have been looking at toys we liked at the museum (ET)

We have been looking at each others dance moves and seeing if there is something that is good and something they can improve on (AP)

In PSHCE we have been looking, smelling and tasting different things as part of our mind up (KP)

We have been practising really hard for our play and we are all very excited to show you next week!!!! (They are fab!)(EC)
