Reading- At least 3 times a week please. We haven't heard you child read for the past 2 weeks in school due to science week and transition week. We will hear them all as usual next week. We have been doing lots of other reading around our learning.

It has been busy but a lot of fun. This week we have been reading stories with rhymes and trying to guess the words to come. Also, stories with animal noises. 'Rumble in the Jungle' was a particular favourite.

In maths we have been using out maths packs and using our fan cards to show how many objects we have counted.

All week we have been sharing our talking bags and still have some to go. It has allowed children to find new friends with common interests.
