Doodle maths -10 mins a day
Reading every day please
Today we thoroughly enjoyed athletics when we learned how to throw a javelin properly. Last week, we practised our sprint starts for sports day and each week we see how far we can run around the track in 3 minutes to increase our stamina. Also, this week we used collage techniques to make a poster about Fairtrade. We know Fairtrade is when farmers should be paid properly and fairly for their produce. We are learning to tell the time to the nearest 5 minutes in maths so that we are not late for things! We are still enjoying our CLPE book in English called Lob and as we read on, we now know that nobody other than Lucy and Grandpa Will are able to see Lob. We had a great time in History, making Stone Age axes and spears, when we learned that Stone Age people made tools out of Woolly Mammoth fur, bones and skin.
Have a fantastic weekend
