Doodle Maths - 30 mins per week please

Please replenish your pencil cases.

We have had an excellent week this week!

We had an extra class member today in the form of Hufflepuff the tortoise. She was very active, and the children learnt about how long they live-up to 100 years old. Dandelions are her favourite food.

In Science, we have been learning about the types of light, natural or man-made. We asked 'Does every room have the same light level?' and we also completed a box light experiment to look at refraction.

In maths, we have been looking at time to 5 minutes and acute, right and obtuse angles in maths. We completed some practical work and found the different types of angles around the school.  The children can find some relevant tasks and exercises on current topics in Doodle maths that will extend their learning.

Have a great weekend!

The Year 3 team.
