We had a fantastic day yesterday learning all about the history of Whaling. We are still debating whether it is good or bad.

We have thoroughly enjoyed reading more of our class reader and English book ‘Why the Whales Came’ by Michael Morpurgo and can’t wait to find out if Zachariah Woodcock aka ‘The Birdman’ is still alive.

In Maths, we have been doing some very tricks sums by multiplying 2 digit numbers by 1 digit numbers and learning the column method for doing this.

We had an awesome day on Wednesday with our Tag Rugby Interhouse Competition. Everyone tried really hard and it was great fun both being part of it and spectating too despite it being very cold.
