Wow what a fantastic fun science week we have had in Rosalind Franklin Class. Everyone worked so hard in their teams to create a vehicle to transport Ziraffa the Giraffe from one place to another. Congratulations to team Super Sonic Designers (Valarie, Bella, Sofia and Ethan) for winning the Year 2 round of the competition, and going through to the 'fianals' to be judged by a panel of judges and the whole school! Everyone should be so proud of their hard work this week, you have wowed Mrs Sandham!

Ana especially enjoyed watching the presentations from the whole school this afternoon. 

Georgia enjoyed building vehicles this week, and working in teams to create and advertise their product.

Isabella especially enjoyed the Sublime science workshop this week where they made their own slime and talked about many different scientific things with a scientist!

Grace enjoyed the engineering challenge where the whole school went into competition to create a tower out of spaghetti and marshmallows. Year 2 came 4th!
