In the eyes of God, every child matters, every moment of every day

Friday 29th November

Talk homework: Look for things at home and in the garden that have a line of symmetry. Plese learn your lines.

Lucie has enjoyed finding lines of symmetry in shapes, in maths this week. Freya I enjoyed English because she likes putting apostrophes into contractions! Tom has liked writing a newspaper report, including a headline, a photo, a caption, and explaining what happened, where it happened, who was involved and when it occurred. Joshua is enjoying spellings this week because he has learnt the spelling rule for adding -ed to words like stop and jump. Sebastian is loving play rehearsals and thinks the play is going to be really good. Mihai wants to teach us the numbers from 20 to 31 next week. Today Generate visited us and it was very popular, especially with Matilda. In whole class reading Ellie enjoyed answering questions about 'Cops and Robbers'. Riley is happy that we have started a new class reader, which is called 'The Christmasaurus'. we tweeted the author of our last book and showed her some of our writing and she replied to us! As a class we read for pleasure, a couple of times a week, Freya loves this.

Have a great weekend
