Talk Homework- Following from our literacy lesson this week, discuss modes of transport.
Reading at least 3 times a week please.
So we departed Buckden and flew down to the continent of Africa. We learnt all about a village in Zambia and found out how the children lived there. We used all the African drums to play amazing rhythms whilst we were in the nature school area.
In maths, we have been learning about 2D and 3D shapes. The children really enjoyed exploring 3D shape properties by playing with them on a hill to see how they moved.
The children have continued to support their Euro 2020 football teams and have created bunting to help cheer them on.
We also created some African inspired art using Henry Rousseau's paintings as inspiration.
Next week we pause the world tour as we have Science Week to look forward to.
