Talk Homework:

This week we have continued to work really hard and the children should be really proud of how they have tackled some of our trickiest learning yet - fractions have baffled us but the children have continued to show perseverance and determination and we have got there! We have continued to look at our English Power of Reading Text, which has included using our senses to describe - we even tried Dates and Pomegranates to explore the taste and smell, to really get stuck into our descriptions! We have continued to look at plants in our science learning, identifying seeds and sorting them in different ways. The children particularly enjoyed looking back at St Neots Workhouse, finding it on a map and looking at how much it has changed since it was first opened so many years ago!

It may have been a short week but we've still managed to fit in lots of fantastic learning, enjoy a well earned break before we continue next week!

Half of the children will be going to the allotment on Monday afternoon, so please make sure that you send your child in with appropriate wet weather coats and footwear just in case - the weather continues to be unpredictable as ever!

Have a wonderful weekend.
