Today we have started Science week. 

The children have taken part in a competition to 'create a plant' using 4 pieces of paper and scissors. No glue, paper clips etc were allowed. Some children found this quite a challenge but we have had some great results! Teamwork was put to the test during this activity but many of the children rose to the challenge.

The children also watched an assembly delivered by Mrs Wall and Mrs Tarpey. Everyone within the assembly took part in experiments such as making a lava lamp, ice-cream, dancing raisons and getting an egg to fit into a bottle. Great fun was had by all, some children would even like to try these experiments at home. If you manage to complete any please send in some pictures that we could share with the class.
