What a busy week this has been! The whole school did a deep dive into our Christian Vision "For nothing will be impossible with God" and we learned a new song composed to the words of our School Vision. The children thought about what this vision means to us as individuals, to our school and to our community. We also conducted a science week investigation to answer the question "Are mushrooms plants?" We looked carefully at mushrooms and plants and recorded our observations before we drew our conclusion: no, mushrooms are not plants, they are fungi! We performed a song to share our conclusions with the entire school during collective worship. In addition to all of this, we learned the trigraph "ear" in phonics and we learned about one more and one less in maths. After such a busy week, we are all looking forward to a well-earned rest over half term! Have a lovely half-term everyone!
