In phonics we have been learning the new digraphs oi, ow, ur and the trigraph ear. The children enjoyed pretending to be Little Miss Muffet with her curds and whey for ur, being a cow for ow, hopping onboard a train and shouting ai and saying Oh. dear ear. 

In maths we learnt 11, 12 and 13 and how to make these totals in different ways. Goldilocks and the Three Bears has been our fairy tale of the week and we have loved making porridge to our taste at our prefered temperature.
