It's been a good first week back. We've begun our new global goal: Sustainable Cities and Communities, which has sparked interest in the pupils as we've explored what sustainable features cities need to feature by 2030. In Art, we've researched sustainable buildings that will inform our own drawings next week ahead of beginning our DT projects. Pupils might begin to think about what recycled materials they can collect to represent the likes of solar panels, green walls, roof garden, rainwater collection etc when they build in DT in a few weeks.

We're beginning our unit on converting measurements next week as we continue our journey learning about multiplying and dividing decimals.

Year 5 did great this week in hockey, winning the Huntingdon QuickSticks tournament with Year 6.

    NFL is up next!

    Enjoy your weekend.
