Please complete the 4 tasks set for you on SATs Companion by Tuesday. Remember to read for a minimum of 20 minutes each day, with 3 sessions a week reading aloud to an adult. Make sure you know your spellings and are ready for our quiz on Monday. This week the spellings are: antisocial, official, artificial, racial, beneficial, social, crucial, special, facial, superficial. Doodle Maths is also available for you to use at home. Any time you spend completing activities on there will certainly benefit your Maths!
Have a lovely weekend!
Ivy: Today in PE we learnt how to play benchball. We showed some positive sportsmanship and got to practise our netball skills.
Scarlett: I have enjoyed English this week. We have created some poetry and taken part in drama activities, and I am really enjoying the book – it has drawn me in!
Mae: In Science this week we completed an investigation where we had to design a case for an egg to protect it when it was dropped from a height. We learnt about why woodpeckers don't get concussions and used that information to help us plan our design. It was lots of fun!
