 This week in English we have talked about what makes a good friend ? What sort of things are important to being a good friend ? 
 This has then linked with creating our own group ' mind maps ' exploring why the two main characters from our text are such good friends.
 Through our shared text we have written about what we might see , hear and smell in a City landscape .

 Maths

 Our focus this week has been counting in groups of 2's and 5's . Exploring any number patterns we can find .

 We have used cubes , beads and fir cones to sort into groups . We also used our number squares to count in 2's and 5's.

Global Learning

This week we have introduced the terms Reduce Reuse Recycle . Discussing the impact this can have on our community.

The children have thought of one thing they could do to help .
