This week started off with an exciting visit from a Paralympian. The children asked lots of fantastic questions really learning lots about him and what it is like being paralympian. In our Phonics we have finished revising Phase 3 and will now move onto phase 4 (consonant blends i.e tr). In Maths the children have loved learning all about height, weight, speed all to help create their very own superhero top trump cards. In our afternoon learning time the children have been exploring Kandinksi artwork and painted some beautiful concentric circles. Finally in our literacy we have started our new story 'Astro Girl' and talked about what we want to learn about space.
