Talk Homework: Practise your speech with your adults.

What a busy week we have had. Our highlight of the week was science yesterday when we tried to clean water. We have learnt that we are very lucky to have clean water and that some people aren't as lucky as us. To clean our water we tested paper, fabric and a sieve to see which was the best at cleaning our dirty water. In maths today we have started learning about time. Using a paper hand we put the numbers 1-12 in a straight line and found that we could tell the time to the nearest half an hour. We worked out what time it would be three hours earlier. In music we have been composing the sound of flowing water. In Global Learning we answered questions about Joseph Bazalgette who built a sewage system. During English today we watched Greta Thunberg deliver a speech and then wrote our own speeches to help save the planet!
