Talk homework - Discuss the rocks that you know and their properties.

Tallulah-Mai has enjoyed our new maths lessons as she has found them challenging and she loves a challenge. We have been learning about place value and in particular partitioning numbers, comparing and ordering numbers and recognising the symbols for less than and more than.

Harrison has really enjoyed getting to grips with the new A/R (Accelerated Reader) quizzes. He is keeping a close eye on his target and is determined to beat it.

This week, Indira has been learning and comparing modern day education to Victorian times. She is glad that she comes to school now!

Lucca has had a great time in P.E this week, learning the skills of Tag Rugby. He has been refining his kicking skills and feels he has made great improvements.

In English, we have been reading 'The Pebble in my Pocket.' It has helped us with our understanding of rocks and how they were formed. Emily wrote a superb piece of descriptive writing today.
