Logan: In Maths we have been learning about efficient methods for mental addition and subtraction. I found it really tricky at the start, but this week I have done some work which I am really proud of.

Ava: In outdoor PE we have been doing hockey. We got into teams of 3 and played mini games against each other.

Luca: In English we have been writing about Mining. We have researched about the conditions miners had to work in and wrote this up as a piece of non-fiction.

Maisy: In Science, we have been testing materials such as polystyrene, cardboard, sandpaper, wood, tin foil, plastic, flint and coins. We wanted to find out about their properties and how hard they are. I found out that sandpaper was the hardest and tin foil was the softest.
