Wow what a fun and creative week we have had in year 1!

We started the week by making a yucky science experiment. We are collecting the methane gas that is produced by rotting food! We are looking forward to seeing what happens to the banana bottle!

We have started a new book in English called '10 Things I Can do to Help My World' which also links in with our global leaning goal of 'Responsible consumption and production'. 

We have had a lot of fun learning about what we can do to help our world and finished the week by reusing old packaging to make our own musical instruments- have fun!

We have also been practising our shape knowledge and made repeating patterns with a partner.
