In maths this week we have become experts at subtracting on a number line (Jack G), Jack B. We have started a new whole class reading book, it's called 'You wouldn't want to live without toilets!' IT's very funny (Matilda). Today we have enjoyed writing a setting description from our new English book, 'The Yucky Duck Rescue!' (Freya, Ellie). To help us with our writing we had made planning vocabulary web sheets and practised writing interesting sentences (Tom). In art we looked at three famous paintings that all had water in them, and we compared them to see which was our least and most favourite (Lucie, Emily). We learnt about how to stay healthy by washing our hands properly and then we coloured in our germs (Riley). We also learnt about the 7 continents and Joshua knows we live in Europe.
