Reading record

We had an online meeting on Thursday to discuss the details of the Grafham residential trip.  We have attached the zoom video.  The forms for dietary requirement and medicines have been sent out, if you need another form please contact the office.  If you have any further questions please email them to the Year4@buckdenacademy.org. 

In English, we have been exploring empathy by understanding the feelings of the characters in our Power of Reading book.  The children have discussed how our actions can make others feel.

In Maths, we have been working hard on our fractions.  We have learnt how to find the value of the parts: within a whole and greater than a whole.

On our Topic day, we focused on the Suffragettes and how their actions have affected us.
