Cherry Class has had a busy week and -despite the heat - produced some wonderful work.

This week the children have produced some fantastic sketches and art work in response to our class text
The Way Home. Discussing how the artist has used light and dark to embellish the text.
GEOGRAPHY
Looking at where our clothes come from and how cotton is produced.
Researching and finding out about fast fashion and why this is not sustainable.
What does it mean to be a responsible consumer.
Debate "Is fast fashion a big problem?"
Finally producing a poster to encourage others to consider the choices they make and how they can become a responsible consumer.
