Please discuss what makes a good citizen with your children at home. The children are encouraged to show respect to their environment at school. 

This week we have written diary entries. We are studying the text 'The Iron Man' by Ted Hughes. The children have been practising grammar rules. They have produced some of their best written work. 

The children enjoyed gymnastics this week. They used the wall bars, created floor balances and used the balance beam. Our gymnasts decided on their best team balances and then displayed them to the rest of the class. 

During Art, the children studied complimentary colours and they designed their own animals. The designs were stunning and had so much detail. There were animals, fish or plants and the vivid colours they chose were very eye-catching.
